• You are 15-19 years of age when treatment is to be initiated

  • Du experience low mood or depression and want help

  • You’ve got a smartphone, computer internet access and an email address.

  • You have the time to engage in treatment over eight weeks (read 5-10 pages per week, chat with your therapist and do exercises every week).

  • You are willing to fill out short questionnaires and do interviews about your mood before and after your treatment, and att follow-ups (6 months, 12 months).

Treatment is free of charge. Based on what you tell about yourself when you sign up, we will assess if this treatment can be helpful to you. We cannot guarantee treatment but we get back to you within a week of your registration.
